The studio is attached to a modernist house and has independent access from the sidewalk through a staircase. The street is wide and safe, allowing easy parking. The room has high right foot and great lighting, queen bed, well-equipped kitchen, Q/F air conditioning, TV and wifi.

Casa do Aconchego is divided into 3 studios with private entrances: two are for seasonal rentals and the other is the host's home.

The suite is located in a residential building located in the city of Florianópolis, north of the Island (SC 401), near Floripa shopping, Santa Catarina Association of Medicine (ACM), Acate, Mercadoteca, Square SC, the Cacupé and Santo Antônio de Lisboa neighborhoods. And still near the beaches, arriving in 10 minutes, no traffic! The suite has air conditioning, minibar, environment with 24-hour alarm monitoring and covered garage inside the building.

Spacious studio with home office space. We have parking with an electronic gate. In addition, the Studio has an external balcony at the entrance, perfect for sitting and eating, having a beer, a chimarrão, or even reading a book. Backyard shared with another Studio and the host's house, which is in the back. Even so, you have an independent entrance and total privacy during your stay.
