An amazing place for unforgettable moments with your family. Armação da Piedade is one of the municipality's postcards. Also very close to other paradisiacal beaches such as Tinguá, Praia das Cordas, Praia das Bananeiras and Praia Grande. The space is the little corner where we spend moments of leisure, warmth and tranquility next to nature. We want to share it so that other families have this opportunity next to the beauties of this pearl of the Santa Catarina coast called Governador Celso Ramos.

Very complete house, close to the beach.

The house is on the corner of the condominium, which gives privacy, with a side balcony for exclusive use. The privileged location, about 100 meters from the beach, with a pedestrian walkway right in front. The ocean view is permanent. For those who like it, the kitchen is super-equipped, and you can buy good seafood at a fish market in Vila de Palmas. Barbecuing while looking at the sea is another good alternative. The condominium is all closed, offering security and tranquility.
