Each room is air-conditioned. The pool is completely for your private use It is 6 km from the center of Foça and is surrounded by nature. We offer boutique hotel comfort with 4 sun loungers, a large pavilion, swing and seating area in the outdoor area. Enjoy a quiet, calm, peaceful environment five minutes from Foça. The stone house is two independent apartments on the ground and upper floors in a wonderful garden. We recommend the apartment on the upper floor with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two balconies, a living room and an open kitchen. We live in a separate apartment on the ground floor. We instantly solve every problem you report and take care of the garden and pool. Please read the reviews of our previous guests and see that they are very satisfied with the situation.

Our village is 2 kilometers from the sea. Yeni Foça is 8 km away. Old Foça is 16 km away. Foça bays are magnificent. Fula Mountain cycling and hiking trail passes through the village. We are waiting for you with our two friendly dogs.

Welcome to Eski Foça - the small stone house is located in the middle of the old town by the small harbor and impresses with its central location to the sea (150 m), cafes... The stone house (built in 1877) was planned and restored with a lot of love for detail. A double bed (160 cm), TV, air conditioning with virus filter and a private bathroom complete the room. We can also offer you boat trips and airport transfers for an extra charge. Please note that the garden is shared with me.
