The bright conservatory with a window on the ceiling is available to sit at any time of the day. All kinds of needs can be provided from the village, which is 10 minutes away on foot. The house is completely renovated in 2021. It is located 250 meters from the beach. One can enjoy the barbeque in the glass-covered sun room in the front of the house.

Welcome to Eski Foça - the small stone house is located in the middle of the old town by the small harbor and impresses with its central location to the sea (150 m), cafes... The stone house (built in 1877) was planned and restored with a lot of love for detail. A double bed (160 cm), TV, air conditioning with virus filter and a private bathroom complete the room. We can also offer you boat trips and airport transfers for an extra charge. Please note that the garden is shared with me.

Our detached house is fully furnished, the pool is closed to use from September 15, 2025. Our house is 5 hours from Istanbul via the Yenifoça highway and 3 hours from Bursa. Our own private house with a private pool is located in a quiet area with olive trees. Our house is 8 minutes to Yenifoça Oasis marina, 50 minutes to Bergama ancient city. Our household items are new and fully furnished, especially kitchen utensils. A peaceful holiday awaits you in the sounds of birds🪻
