10 people cottage on Rømø with room for the whole family. Only 3 km from Lakolk beach and views of its own forest. In addition to the delicious outdoor spa and activity room, an agreement follows to the bathing center in Skærbæk. So whatever you want to enjoy nature or have fun with the kids around various activities, this house can accommodate it all. In 2023, the summerhouse was completely renovated, as well as expanded with an activity room and heating source. The cottage is not rented out for parties.

Experience Sylt in this 90 m² renovated holiday apartment spread across two levels. Highlights include a living/dining area with a sofa bed, an open kitchen, a guest WC, and a west-facing balcony with a dune view. Sehr zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Fußläufig sind Bäcker (ca. 100 m), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke und die Innenstadt von Westerland erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof Westerland sind es nur ca. 300 m - eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist daher prinzipiell nicht notwendig, aber möglich, da ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehört. Zum Strand sind es ca. ca. 700 m, zum Zentrum mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem umfangreichen Gastronomieangebot sind es ca. 400 Meter.

Cottage in nature and free access to swimming pool

Enjoy some days off with family in our summerhouse. Nature lovely area with lots of trails for MTB and long running or walking tours. Walk distance to grocery store, swimming pool (free access), mini golf, large playground, fishing lake and golf course. On the grounds you can also stay in our own shelter. The house is centrally located in relation to many tourist attractions: 30min drive to Rømø, Ribe, Tønder and 1 hour then you are in LEGO land.

80 m² apartment with outdoor pool and infrared cabin

The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 in the basement and in the spring of 2024 on the first floor. Therefore, some of the interior does not yet have pictures. The apartment is at one of the narrowest points of the island in Rantum. In about 5 minutes' walk you are on the sea side or on the mudflat side. The unit has its own garden area with beach chair. Pool is available from May to approx. mid-September.
