It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy). From here the coach to Salò, Desenzano and Brescia. TV: italian, english, french, spanish and german channels are available.

Nonostante la vicinanza ai principali centri è un luogo che rievoca atmosfere d' altri tempi quando la frenesia era ancora sconosciuta All' interno della struttura troverete un ambiente unico che ben si adatta al posto dove sorprendersi e sorprendere.

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.
