Holiday rentals with beach access in Folkestone

A comfortable stay in a well appointed and conveniently located apartment.

Chris was an amazing host. He sent over a great list of recommendations and was very helpful throughout our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and literally 30 seconds or less from the beach. It was very well equipped for a family with children and very comfortable. It is situated in a lovely area with restaurants, shops and anything you could possibly need nearby. There is free parking about 1-2 minutes away from the property. Personally I think it was such an amazing value for what you pay, especially being on the beachfront. We will defo be coming back!

Very nice accommodation, well located on the main street and 100m from the beach as the name suggests. The hosts are very responsive and everything is going as planned without surprise!

Accommodation as described, ideally located in relation to the beach (fairly direct access by a long staircase, to go down by a ramp you have to walk a little more), to a good small restaurant (very affordable that offers excellent seafood), to small shops including a bakery. So we definitely recommend it. Only point of attention is only one bathroom with shower but two toilets. So if there are many of you, you have to plan for the shower in the morning.

A lovely top floor flat right on the High Street and close to the beach. We had a glitch checking in, but this was swiftly fixed. Great location so long as you're happy to climb stairs, and don't mind a little bit of noise on a Saturday night

My second time of staying here and it was as lovely as the first time. Place is kept lovely and clean and the instructions from Lisa are brilliant. Lisa is very helpful and answers messages very quickly. I'll be back next year!!

We had a lovely stay at this lovely apartment a stone's throw from the sea, in a city where parking is free. However, there is a small downside for the shower, which lacks practicality.

Comfortable flat in a lovely location. Very homely and full of character. Wonderful for the beach. Lovely park nearby. Eveything you need for a stay by the sea. Dogs welcomed a bonus with towels, food and bed facilities for our furry family member.

This was a fantastic stay at a wonderful modern flat that overlooks a quieter bay and beach on the nicer side of Margate nearer to the royal esplanade. The area feels well kept and safe. The place was spotlessly clean thanks to the brilliant check in guys, who even let us in earlier than check in and let us leave items in the fridge ahead of the formal check in time. The instructions for the flat were clear and entirely fair given this may not just be used as a rental but also for the host to use or live in themselves. The benefit of this dynamic is that the flat is beautiful and extremely well equipped especially in the kitchen. As a keen cook, I was very happy to see I had what I needed to make anything I wanted, all utensils you’d expect to have at home! His handbook had good recommendations, it’s near fantastic fish restaurants Angela’s and Sargossa which in my view are just visits for any foodie Top guy, top flat, great location - overall marvellous margs See you again soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

Had an absolutely lovely time. Incredible house for a big bunch of us. Wonderful hosts that made everything easy and enjoyable. Will definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - 12 of us for my Mum's 60th birthday. We loved the proximity to the beach, especially for the kids, the spacious airy kitchen and open living area, the enclosed front and back gardens for the dogs, the bunk beds, the airstream and the cabin! We had a chef come in and cook a special meal and the kitchen was really well stocked for that too. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful house again!

What. A. Gem.! Unbelievable location. Unbelievable house! Quiet and convenient, yet right on the beachfront and in the middle of town. With very convenient private parking.

This house is amazing- so much space and options of different areas and activites. We would definitely be keen to return for another stay

thank you André for allowing us to have a very nice stay in the area, the accommodation is really very well decorated and very cozy, we feel really good and we enjoyed it! small downside if you have to say something, it is missing a large pot in the kitchen equipment, and the size of the sink does not allow you to consider the large kitchen even for two people. but it didn't spoil our very nice stay. We'll be happy to come back! we recommend

Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. Great location & fantastic little bolt hole to escape. Very friendly host. Comfortable & quiet. Lots to do in the local amenities.

Apartment: Cozy apartment on the ground floor and private parking. Anything you need on vacation is present. It is quietly located and there is no nuisance from the neighbors. Within walking distance from the sea. Host: Crhistian is a very friendly man who goes out of his way to get everything in order for his guests. He is very flexible and at the same time is very punctual when making and following agreements. Specifically: We'll be back here! Super!

A nice place, however you don't have access to the terrace. A facade renovation in progress does not allow you to have the expected view.

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in . Bexys home was a great find , perfect sea views and the most amazing decor. No boring Flatpack furniture here from Ikea . This has been very well thought out and you can see a passion for design . Highly recommend .

Karen was the perfect host with full details re the property sent in advance and a lovely welcoming present. The property is immaculate in all senses of the word with spacious clean rooms and a lovely balcony for those great sunsets. It is situated two minutes walk away from the beach and 20 from Birchington itself which is full of shops, bars and restaurants.
