We can wholeheartedly recommend this place because we had a great time and felt at home. The hosts greeted us personally and were always available by mobile phone. Individual requests such as intermediate cleaning were addressed directly. The decor corresponds to the pictures. The furniture is new, the beds comfortable and the kitchen visually beautifully designed. We also loved the balcony, extra laundry room, smart TV, fast internet and AC/heater. Only suggestions for improvement: For longer stays, more tea towels, potholders, pads for the outdoor furniture and sofa pillows would be nice. Follonica is a cute resort town - great for long beach walks in October and to discover well-known nearby places like Volterra/Pisa. Unfortunately, Follonica itself seems a little extinct at that time, as some restaurants and bars are already completely closed. Thanks to Dario & Debora! :-)

Let's start from the outside: the reserved parking in the condominium courtyard/garden is a great plus, already now at the end of April many areas are impenetrable (and I come from Milan..). Lovely and very well maintained apartment (living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a terrace), TV in each room, super enough pots, linens present, wifi, heating (if necessary) is quick if called in. Area near the sea, let's say a little south of the center (it is a town that you can get around on foot so it's great not to be in the middle of the center), with a very close Conad and some restaurants and bars worthy of note. Apartment that does not see much sun (ah, 1st floor without an elevator), probably in summer another plus, with many trees around, and nearby pine forests (I didn't think Follonica had such green, used to the lack of Ligurian space). FIRST OF ALL, FEDERICO 'S HOUSE IS A TRUE PARADISE IN THE WARM FOLLONICA, SUPER CLEAN, SUPER FRAGRANT TOWEL AND BEDDING, COMFORTABLE BATHROOM WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED, I WOULD SAY THAT EVERYTHING WAS IN PERFECT ORDER. FEDERICO IS A VERY POLITE AND CORRECT PERSON, ALWAYS READY TO ANSWER ANY OF MY QUESTIONS, A TRULY EXQUISITE PERSON IN ALL SENSES. I will return to Follonica as soon as possible, as soon as it is warmer that will surely be much nicer than now! Highly recommend, trust me.
