L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator and is recently renovated completed on July 12, 2018. It consists of a double bedroom with a cot, a kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed and a basement cellar with 3 bikes available. It is equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, washing machine, TV dishwasher) and a dining terrace facing the pine forest and sea. The house is located steps away from the pedestrian course, children's games supermarket and all the amenities.

Our house is located in the countryside of the municipality of Chiusdino, just 5 minutes from the two main towns of Monticiano and Chiusdino and 10 minutes from the beautiful Abbey of Galgano. 30 minutes from Siena, from Monteriggioni, an hour from Florence and 30/40 minutes from the sea. Just 20 minutes from the beautiful Terme del Petriolo.

The Historical View

Newly refurbished 85m² apartment, in a building in the historic center, bright, quiet and welcoming. In a strategic position overlooking the entire historic center, a few pleasant steps from Piazza Bovio and its beach. The main avenue of Piombino is full of bars and restaurants. There are some beaches nearby, and the train station is a 10-minute walk. The beautiful beaches of the Coast are within easy driving distance.

Our private villa is located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma just a few kilometres from the quiet village of Gavorrano. ‘La Quercia’ consists of a large garden with private veranda and Jacuzzi, two bedrooms, living area with fireplace and kitchen, two private and fully equipped bathrooms and a breathtaking view of the beautiful Maremma. Parking is private and free on site. Pets are allowed at an extra charge.
