An excellent apartment on the ground floor of an old house in Axat. The kitchen was very well equipped. The apartment is spacious with an outside patio (but beware the mozzies). Axat is located between 2 breath-taking gorges on the Aude river. However, it turned out to be a good centre for seeing the fortified chateaus (all around), the mountains and high valleys to the south, and attractive villages all around. One warning: everything is closed on Sunday evening so you need to stock up. Failing that, try the Proxi store in Caudies.

We had a very nice week with family at Gregory's place. Accurate listing. It had everything we needed to spend a week of vacation even for children (board games, games, books...). The accommodation is close to the city of Font Romeu (5 minutes), the ski resort (10 minutes) and a perfect park for children (3 minutes walk) and even the shuttle stop if needed. I recommend the accommodation for a quiet holiday while being close to everything. We validate.

Beautiful house and ready to go with children: books, games, glasses, plates, etc. With garden and tennis courts, skate, basketball right next door, with direct access from the house. Hikes by the river and the mountain walking from the house. Super recommended!

The house is beautiful and is very well equipped. Its location is perfect for enjoying the mountain. It is located in a very quiet residential area. The master bedroom is a bit small because the double room is closed. Ideal for spending a few days as a couple or as a family. If paying a little more doesn't matter, it's a great choice. There are cheaper ones, yes. The private garden is beautiful and with beautiful views. The pool is covered, so in summer it is not much use. In the winter it should be great. Communication with the owners is very good. We had a problem and I was confused with check-out time and that made us leave a little more than an hour late and in a hurry. The treatment and attitude of the airbnb person was intolerable, but that doesn't take away that the house is worth it. It has a barbecue and any necessary equipment. you don't find anything missing. In short, if not looking for cheap houses, it's worth it.

We were very comfortable in Marie's house, she is taken care of with all the details that may be needed and more. The house is very cozy and warm, the ground fire warmed the house and in the snow we were very warm.

The cottage is functional and spacious, including with young children, with stunning views of the forest and the mountain. We were very well received by our host in person, who showed us around the cottage. We look forward to repeat this experience.

“Very” functional and well-located apartment you can do everything on foot once the car is parked in the private parking lot. The cellar is a plus. The bed 160 is very good, the sofa bed deserves to be more comfortable if used by adults but is very suitable for children 6/10 years old. The good size bathroom is a luxury in this kind of apartment! We didn't miss the wifi even though we would have appreciated it. We recommend this apartment in which we had a pleasant ski stay! The apartment prvoided everything I needed for a stay of about 1 week. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Coming from abroad, I was well informed by Christian in case I had any question. Truly recommended!

Very nice apartment in the center of Ax les Thermes in an almost new state, two minutes walk from the Baou gondola for our skier friends and close to all shops. Very easy to access and easy to find thanks to the instructions provided.
