Welcome to Blueberry Hill Cabin in the Smokies, a cozy, rustic 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath cabin on 1.4 acres of hillside located in Almond with amazing views of the Smokies from the firepit. Central to the areas activities, the days can seem short with easy access to Fontana Lake, the Appalachian Trail, Tsali Recreation Area, Nantahala Outdoor Center, Nantahala Gorge, & the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Newly redecorated, wonderfully rustic, & simply charming rock cottage family home with lake view & a creek running beside it, directly off a main road (no steep driveways). Just at .6 miles to the Alarka Boat Ramp & Marina, less than ten miles to downtown Bryson City, 20 minutes to Nantahala Outdoor Center, under 20 miles to Cherokee & Harrah's casino, 30 miles to The Dragon's Tail. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the front porch while waving to passing vehicles (most likely a family member!).

Inside, you'll walk into a small great room with cathedral ceilings, a full chef's kitchen, and all the comforts of home. There's a 12x18 sq ft loft, a full bathroom with tub, and a queen size bedroom. Best of all, there are breathtaking views from every window. Outside, you'll find a large spacious 470 sq ft partially covered deck with outdoor furniture and stunning views of Fontana Lake and the GSMNP.

Mountain Lake House [Kayaks & Paddleboards]

Welcome to PaddleFin! You will enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the large deck on the house and a deck close to the water. This is a peaceful retreat - cell phone service is not available or very limited, no Wi-Fi, and no TV service. We allow A MAXIMUM of 4 guests! There is one king bed and one queen bed. We currently have two kayaks (one single and one two-person), two paddleboards, and a canoe available for use by our guests. Paddles and life jackets are included.

This cabin is pet friendly and offers comfort and style. With 500 sf of space and an open concept u have everything u need tucked away in this TINY HOUSE.

This cabin also has a long-paved driveway that is perfect for your cars or motorcycles. You can spend all your time relaxing at the cabin however, you are only 10 minutes to Tsali or the Nantahala Outdoor Center and only 15 minutes to Bryson City.
