Beach house holiday rentals in Fontane Bianche

We loved our stay in the old city. Even with two little children. Although situated in the hart of Ortigia it was quite. The apartment is perfect. In the morning get your breakfast at Viola, end of the day go to the little beach close to the house. Beautiful place and contact with the owner of the house was just perfect, answers in minutest en was really helpful.

We had a great stay at Marcello’s apartment. Nice size, clean with free parking. Walking distance to all Ortigia sights. Marcello was very attentive to our needs and even offered direct support when one of us got sick.

we had a few trouble finding the place but no drama. The property is located in a small settlement and is accordingly quiet. For restaurants and supermarket you need the car. a small free beach is within walking distance and was nice and quite clean and offers to collect many mussels. will be happy to come back

Sara’s place was great. Extremely spacious and could not be any closer to the beautiful beach and lido. We went a little before the holiday season started so most restaurants/shops in Fontane Bianche were closed, which is something to be aware of when you book.

I always dreamed of being able to live by the sea and the dream became a reality.... The road directions are perfect, the owners are super available, they gave us all the information about the house and how to manage the waste, where you can go to eat and shop. The house is a favor, for a couple it is perfect, clean and fragrant, excellent linens, kitchen and equipped with all appliances, washing machine included in the bathroom. Air conditioning,in a short time everything cools, USB outlets in all rooms, very useful if you forget the phone charger, gas sensor. In the garden we really enjoyed the gazebo for breakfasts and dinners at sunset,if you want to sunbathe without moving from home, in the garden there are comfortable armchairs, shower and umbrella. The garden is very nice and well-kept, it is a pleasure to sit and listen to the sea. Reserved and accessible car parking from the house, solar panels for hot water. VOTE 10

We loved our 7 night stay at Carmelos, three of us stayed and we had a room each, double bed, sofa bed and single bed up a steep ladder on a small mezzanine floor. I didn’t need to pull out the sofa bed as it was big enough as it was and very comfy. The kitchen was user friendly . We felt very safe and comfortable. I’m glad we stayed there. A beautiful and comfortable apartment - one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Lots of cool design features - and a record player to play some retro tunes! Really good location too, slightly removed from the madding crowds of Oritigia, overlooking a shady courtyard.

Great house to spend holiday with family, well suited for all of us 9 . Giuseppe and Graziella, met us and introduced to the house, very friendly and helpful hosts. House has all necessary for a nice holiday to feel at home, pleased to find cold water in the fridge, nice sweet grapes, pasata and pasta for a quick lunch in the cupboard, tea and all other basics to cook like home. Coffe machine did not work on first day, but hosts were very responsive and brought their own, they even bought us the coffee pods, very generous of them, thank you we really appreciated . Well located for a beach holiday, only 7 min walk to a wonderful long sandy beach. We were out of season apparently and no restaurants nearby on walking distance, but not an issue as we had a car and many around within 10-15 min drive.

Simona’s place was like a paradise! The garden was beautiful and the pool amazingly large. The apartment was cozy, the kitchen well enough equipped for making meals to our family. Simona was friendly and helpful and quick to answer all our questions. Altogether a perfect place for a holiday!

Wonderful trip . Delightful, polite host, always ready to answer all my questions about where to eat and what to do. Yes because they were the only things to ask for since the place was better than what you see in the photo, the house was a miniature of beauty, comfort and good taste. Rating 10 and praises. Highly recommended. We went to 5 families with teenagers. Perfect point to choose seaside resorts, wildlife excursions, and art cities. In short, a dream vacation. Thank you Salvo!!!

Alessandro and Valentina are wonderful hosts. We arrived with our little daughter Paula (1< year) and Alessandro provided us with everything we needed. We felt like at home and Paula slept great. A crib with height-adjustable sides, so you have a family bed, a mei maker, blender, toys, extra blankets for crawling - thank you very much for that! The apartment on the ground floor is located in a fantastic garden, you can see directly to the sea. We felt very comfortable!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Would recommend this home to anyone thinking of coming to Siracusa and would definitely like to book this accommodation again next time! Perfect!

Loved our 10 day stay here! The apartment was so peaceful and comfortable. Everything was spotless and was thoroughly cleaned again during our stay. Alberto and his team were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The kids loved the beautiful gardens and the pool (although a bit cold in April!). You do need a car….there is not a local food shop so you need to drive about 10-15 mins into syracuse. Not many of the local restaurants were open in April as it was off season, but we went into Ortigia which is a gorgeous town. Noto is also an easy 30 min drive and a stunning town for a day trip. All in all I couldn’t think of anything bad to say! Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Paola's villa! The property was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room both inside and outside. The outdoor spaces were fantastic – there was a very large, lovely pool that made for relaxing afternoons, as well as great areas for dining and lounging outside. It was the perfect setup for spending time with family and friends. Do note that you’ll need a car, as services aren’t very close by, but this also adds to the sense of tranquility. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Great experience! Great house in a peaceful environment, 200 meters from the sea (difficult swimming here), absolute calm. A 3-minute drive to Fontane Bianche beach, the water is turquoise blue. Antonio is very welcoming, adorable and always attentive. 3 bedrooms: rare and perfect for our family (3 children). Beautiful garden and a beautiful covered terrace. Essential car.

We had a great early season stay here. The property was equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable. We were out a lot exploring the many historic towns in the wider area but would have enjoyed spending more time in the house also. Our hosts Manfredi & Alessandra were also very helpful providing us with local information.

The perfect holiday home with kids by the beach to relax and enjoy. The outside was very big for playing and eating or reading a book. The beach is very close on foot and comfortable. A small supermarket next door for troubleshooting. Plain of toys and books for our son. The house is very well equipped for cooking and with beach stuff. In short, very recommendable! And the weather in late April / early May accompanied us with flowers on the paths and good temperatures to swim in the sea

If you are looking for a quiet place from which to launch your various excursions, this is a place that is not in the center of the action, but close to everything - Siracusa, Modica and Ragusa, Mount Etna, and Catania - assuming you have a car. Although located in a gated community, there is little traffic in the neighborhood. The hedges and walls that surround the property gives one a sense of privacy. If you read the directions carefully you will have no problem finding Tiazana's villa after passing through the gate.

Dario was a great host. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The house is in the heart of Ortigia. A great area. The place is small and cozy. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

We stayed in The Place in Ortigia the second week in FEB, 2025. The location is outstanding--just over the bridge from Siracusa. Extremely walkable--lots of shops and restaurants very close by, the outdoor market a two-minute walk away. Couldn't be happier with the location. We had breakfast around the corner at the Apollo Cafe every morning and that was great. There are lots of stairs to get into the apartment, but if you're okay with that it's perfect. Extremely clean and updated. Lots of outlets for plugging in electronics. I would STRONGLY recommend for anyone wanting to explore Ortigia. The host, Emanuele, was super nice. Great communication. He met us at the apartment and gave a thorough walk-through. He clearly has a lot of pride in this property and he should--it is lovely. Thanks for the memorable stay!

Laura was an extremely kind and helpful host and was very prompt and quick to accommodate our specific request. The house was very clean, tidy and complete with everything you need. Very peaceful area, parking right in front of the accommodation, convenient location for the many possible visits nearby. Very positive experience, absolutely recommended.

Clean detached house and perfect for four guests . The villa is located on the provincial road but returned from the street floor with a nice manicured garden in front and a large private area closed by the gate, ideal for children to play safely and to park the car. About 50 meters from the house, going out on the right, there is a pedestrian passage on the road that leads to the wooden walkway that leads to the beautiful and wide beach and the very clean sea. We stayed in the second half of July and only on Sunday did we experience some confusion. Regarding the noise coming from the street, communicated by some guests, we honestly had nothing to complain about. At night, with air conditioning, you can sleep quietly without any disturbance. Rather, the fact that the house is totally separate from other facilities protects against any disturbing neighbors. So totally positive experience and very friendly host Piero.
