You will have access to a garden, a balcony, a terrace and a private above-ground swimming pool measuring 5 m x 3.50 m from June to September. The flat is 96 m² and is on the first floor. It sleeps up to 7 people. No pets allowed. Free outdoor parking including a reserved space in front of the gate .

Please note, the entrance is independent, but the studio is in our family home next to a bedroom. Please be mindful of noise levels. Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
