Julie’s place was perfect for what we needed. The back deck was so lovely during the late afternoon watching the sun go down, and the lounge room was very spacious. I would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Bruce’s beautiful place over the ANZAC long weekend and we couldn’t have had a better experience! The property is situated in a quiet, beautiful area of Broke and we had a very relaxing time with friends. Bryce was always responsive and gave us amazing local recommendations including wineries, restaurants and general things to do. We’re glad to have picked this place, and would recommend to anyone thinking of a t-shirt trip to Hunter Valley.

We had a wonderful short stay in Broke, and one of the highlights was the private stargazing experience with Martin. We were lucky enough to have a perfect, clear night, and Martin made it even more special with his knowledge and enthusiasm. If you're visiting, make sure to also try their wines — especially if you enjoy the hint of honey in your wine. They were worth trying out.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, my only complaint is it wasn’t long enough! Thanks to Liz and Brodie who made the experience so memorable, including checking in on us when the earth shook (!) and sharing their wonderful story and wine with us, and to Liz for the local tips for an upcoming wedding in the family. The space was generous as was the hospitality, I look forward to coming back!
