The Oculus House is a peaceful one bedroom house with a king size bed. It is located down a private alley in a quiet neighborhood. It’s open floor plan and high ceilings gives a balance of comfort and artistic appeal. There is a lounging loft which can be used as a sleeping space for agile children and adults. We have designed the house to honor the era in which it was built and elevate the aesthetic. The kitchen is well-stocked and the bathroom has a luxurious jetted tub.

This light, bright cottage is located in the heart of the St Johns neighborhood in Portland. Full of charm it features loads of reclaimed wood with an industrial farmhouse vibe. Complete with a private deck, key-less entry, full kitchen with eat-in island and a sleeping loft with a queen sized bed. It is a close walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shopping. The Canopy Loft is a sun filled, second story studio designed and built by my husband and I to be a cozy home away from home. The window views are full of foliage making you feel like you're up in the trees, hence the name. Our neighborhood is quiet and calm, and we are walking distance from downtown St Johns as well as many parks. The studio can also be turned into your own personal movie theater!
