Impeccable stay! The accommodation matches the photos, the place is very quiet and very clean. Hosts give you all the information you need to have a great stay. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

A very spacious and quiet apartment, just a 10-minute walk from a large shopping center and 20 minutes from the city center. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped.

The apartment is beautiful, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. A stone's throw from the Seine and the University allows you to reach the center in a few minutes (even by public transport since the stops are really close) leaving the car safe in the private garage. Due to an unexpected circumstance, we had to postpone checkout by about an hour and Anthony was available and responsive. In a word: highly recommended.

Excellent stay in Anne and Nicolas's house, exceptional environment for children, equestrian center and educational farm at the foot of the house. Very nice cottage in the beautiful property of the hosts. Ideal for 4 for a few days, and 2 for a longer stay, as the living room is also the second bedroom with 2 single beds, and contains the small TV. Justine was always responsive to emails, and we had no issues during the stay. Small well-equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms allowing everyone to be independent when you come as two couples. The location is ideal for walking around town (15 to 20 minute walk). Only the entrance of the car through the gate can be a little difficult. We will probably come back, and we will recommend Justine's cottage.

The place is beautiful in a peaceful little village. Perfect for disconnection. The photos are accurate, the place is nice, comfortable and optimal. The kitchen and lifestyle amenities are spotless. The host is friendly and available, the accommodation is not so far from the sea, and a beautiful forest that offers beautiful scenery for hiking lovers. The internet connection is also perfect we did not encounter any problems at this level. Each room is equipped with a heater and a window to regulate the temperature for comfort. Everything is available (blankets, towels, gloves, cooking utensils). Parking is available just in front of the house. We had a great time.

Great hosting at Martine's who is friendly and welcoming, we loved her approach! The cottage is well-equipped, in good condition, clean and cute. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful house in country

Audrey and her husband were very pleasant and welcoming hosts. The cottage is very well equipped and pleasant. A cocooning space when you're indoors. We had a wonderful Christmas as a family. The cottage is well-equipped even for a party meal. I highly recommend this cottage which has a lot of charm and is tastefully decorated. Thanks again to Audrey who is kind so that we have a pleasant stay. You can book the cottage without worrying you won't be disappointed.

We filled up very fully in Philippe's house. The house is very big. There are lots of great touches in every room that makes this house unique. The garden was a paradise for the children and for the adults as well. The area is quiet. And you hardly hear the neighbors, except gulls. But it's part of it. Directly on the sea you can always find a free parking space or walk 12-15 minutes down. It takes a little longer to get up. It is also doable with a child. There are plenty of different supermarkets nearby. We would love to book the Philippes house again.

Good evening , I recommend this apartment, the photos are up to the listing, comfortably equipped, you can park on the street easily. It is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. Host is responsive and very friendly, easy to access. The environment is pleasant 4 minutes from the center with all amenities however the morning disturbance due to the music of the neighborhood below was not to my liking when you go to bed very late ,the night leaks short but the stay was pleasant, I stayed there 1 night. Kind regards.

Apartment as advertised, quiet, very comfortable bedding, spacious bathroom, separate toilet, large living room/dining room/kitchen very well equipped. We had a very nice stay at Cristina's who was a very attentive and responsive host. All the amenities, the pool and the bus to Rouen are a stone's throw away, what more could you ask for? We'll be back!

Well appointed accommodation with all the necessities at your disposal. Comfortable bed. Very large windows bring a beautiful brightness. Easy street parking. The directions provided are very clear and easy to follow. Value is fair. Our host was very responsive during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Sofia’s apartment! It was as described in the photos and the train station was an easy 10min walk. The buses and metro station were within a 5 minute walk. Churches, shops and restaurants all walkable! Sophia was wonderful, easy to reach and very responsive. I would highly recommend her rental.

Private place with parking closed by a gate, the place is very quiet and easy to access. The accommodation is clean and well arranged, everything you need is on site! The people take care of the place are very nice!

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.
