The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.

Behind a private entrance there is parking for 3 cars, a private frontage and a large rear garden. There is also a sofa bed in the living room if required.
