Shabby Chic House in Fornalutx

Charming house located two minutes away from the village center. The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Está situada en el corazón de la Sierra de Tramuntana, por lo tanto es un punto de partida ideal para rutas de senderismo.

It is a newly renovated antique finca with large terrace in the mountains above beautiful Fornalutx village. Cozy house has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and living area with armchairs in the same space, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. The 2 kms road from Fornalutx to the house is one-lane asphalt road, the small car is more conveniente to move in the area if you are not experienced driver.

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
