An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. Large apartment suitable for large groups of up to 11 people. For smaller groups of 1 to 4 people, I offer two rooms with facilities: kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is the only access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3168 m. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

The house 'consists of 1 double bedroom that has huge glass windows into the valley. 1 double bedroom prepared for apitherapy with two hives(summer), 1 bedroom with French bed. Downstairs there 'a nice kitchen and a relaxing dining-room . You can rent 2 e-Bike for a small amount and forget car! Outside you have a heated jacuzzi you can use at any time.

Staying here means living in history. This apartment is over 300 years old. My grandmother Maria lived there. Living in the mountains is not easy. The spaces are different from those we are used to, the ceilings are low, the stairs are narrow and steep. The rooms are struggling to warm up. But the charm is unique.
