An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. Large apartment suitable for large groups of up to 11 people. For smaller groups of 1 to 4 people, I offer two rooms with facilities: kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is the only access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3168 m. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

Our accommodation consists of a bright living area with living room and kitchen + glass veranda entrance on the ground floor; 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with large shower on the first floor. Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and sofa bed. Dryer on request. The heating in our homes works with wood and gives a comfortable warmth.

The house "Ai Castagni" is located on Mount Moncader in Combai di Miane, within the Moncader Farm. The house has undergone a conservative restoration, which, while maintaining its original appearance, preserves its use for the purposes of the stay and residence. The house has a bedroom on the second floor with a double bed and two single beds side by side.
