This studio-esq loft has 1 queen bed, a large sofa, (+ extra air mattress), a 3/4 bathroom with a seated shower, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, TV, heating/cooling, and your very own patio. In a recently remodeled historic carriage house on the back of our property, the Treehouse studio apartment is conveniently located a few blocks from Colorado State University. We are walking distance to campus shops, downtown FC, bike paths, parks and open space. You’ll love the open layout, abundance of natural light and feeling of comfy seclusion in a quiet neighborhood. Two friendly dogs and five silly chickens are occasionally free in the yard.
