Monthly Rentals in Fort McDowell

The Casita was the perfect place to stay when my sisters and I had to move out of our house for 18 days during a major home improvement project. It was quiet, cozy, and comfortable. Much better appointed than other Airbnbs where I have stayed. We also enjoyed use of the patio and the grill. Ted always responded promptly when I contacted him. If you are planning a stay in Fountain Hills, Arizona I highly recommend the Casita!

This a great place to stay! Its exactly as you see in the pictures really clean,nice neighborhood. I really enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning drinking coffee. Will definitely stay there again.

We had a great time living at Joel’s condo. It’s only 0.4 mile to the fountain park. People living in the community are friendly. Walking to the nearby grocery stores takes only 5 mins. Joel responded to our text message quickly. It’s a pleasant experience.
