A truly beautiful experience staying at the Wild Orchid Cottage. It is evident to see the love and thought Pia has put into the place. The cottage is in a perfect location and the surroundings are majestic. Pia could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, for that we are so grateful.

Fantastic venue. My partner and I booked this quiet getaway to celebrate new years. It had the peace and quiet we were after. The host was also very accommodating answering any questions we had. We highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with a great and reaponsive host. 5/5 stars.

We had a great experience staying at this cozy cabin. The gravel road leading up to it was a bit rough, but manageable. The peaceful isolation and forest surroundings were exactly what we were looking for, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. One of the highlights was seeing alpacas in the morning, which was a fun and unique experience. The fireplace added to the cozy atmosphere, and while the cabin isn’t luxurious, it has all the essentials you need for a relaxing weekend getaway. We did notice the water in the spa was a little cloudy and came across a few spiders in the cabin, but nothing too unexpected for a place in the woods. A nice touch was the collection of board games, which we really enjoyed playing. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and a great spot for those looking to unplug and unwind.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sea Salt BNB! The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby beach and local attractions. We especially loved the charming decor and the little touches that made our stay extra special. We can’t wait to return for another relaxing escape!

We had a lovely stay! The host was very nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—it's within a kid-friendly hotel, and we were able to access the hotel facilities, which was a big plus for our family. We had such a great time staying at Lauretta’s Airbnb! The area was absolutely beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. There were so many amazing sites and scenic hikes nearby, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Lauretta was super responsive and helpful anytime we had a question or needed something. Her place had such a unique charm, from the decor to the overall vibe—it really added to the experience and made it feel special. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful, cozy spot with character and access to nature. Thanks again, Lauretta!

We were provided with comprehensive information for directions to the property, their expectations regarding dogs that are brought to the farm, and information on what was available to do at the farm and nearby and further away towns . We never met Nicola, but met Bernie and Diane, who were both friendly and helpful. On arrival our door locks were not operating properly and Bernie came promptly, when we called him, and spent time, himself, to fix the problem. Diane spent a long time showing us the 3 friendly camel's on the property and answering our questions about them. We enjoyed sitting on the rear deck of the Rainbow Cottage watching the flames settle to a glow in the fire pit, observing the river taking with it a pelican as it flowed past, looking at the stars in the night sky, and seeing and hearing the sounds of nature. The breakfast provisions were more than we could get through and it was lovely to be given a choice of the type of milk and bread we preferred. A great stay

Stayed for long weekend to accompany client for respite. She loved everything about the place, as did I. Place was as described and looked even better in person. The pool/sauna/spa area were awesome and we made good use out of these amenities during our stay. Great little living/kitchen area and comfy bed upstairs, Very accessible and accommodating to clients needs. Neighbours were a little noisy, as it was the long weekend that was to be excepted but other than that it was a Relaxing little get away, hope to visit again soon.

This was the perfect accommodation for a peaceful, relaxing holiday for our family of 5 plus dog! The home is absolutely outstanding, beautifully appointed with a fantastic outdoor area and yard. Some beautiful treats were left for us from Tricia when we arrived and she couldn’t have been more helpful with answering questions and giving recommendations. Everything you could need is available including luxurious linen, comfy beds, heaps of towels, games, DVDs and the most beautiful views from each window. We will definitely be back!

Cosy and comfortable cottage. The kitchen is well equipped and has great views of Westernport Bay and Phillip Island. We had a lovely family weekend despite some rain and were able to make use of the games. And a fifteen minute walk to the beach when it did clear up. Thanks Madeleine for a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Shaun’s gorgeous cottage, we felt right at home. It was in a great location - close to the shops, Warburton Rail Trail and only a short drive to explore some beautiful areas in the Yarra Valley. The cottage was super clean and Shaun was very friendly, responsive and excellent at communicating. I loved that I was able to take my dog on the trip with us, the garden was a great size and fully fenced and secure. It was a very peaceful and quiet spot. I would highly recommend.

Amazing location, easy walk to the beach, close to both Cowes and the Penguin Parade. Exactly as described and host was very responsive.

My family had a great stay in Ventnor. The place is right by a nature reserve which was lovely to walk around, and just a few hundred metres for the beach. The place was set in nice bushland on a quiet street. It was just a short drive to pretty much anywhere on the island. The house was clean with everything we needed.

A Perfect Country Retreat! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful country property, and I can wholeheartedly give it a 10/10! The peaceful atmosphere and stunning views made for a truly relaxing getaway. The highlight was the amazing bathtub with a view—soaking while enjoying the picturesque landscape was simply delightful. The accommodations were cozy, and the host was warm and attentive. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone seeking tranquility, and I look forward to returning in the future. Everything we needed, comfortable bed and the couch was not low and hard to get out of. Delightful location on the balcony with Bellbirds and Fantails. Plenty of secure exploring area for our dog.

Silver leaf cottage is nestled in beautiful gardens . Bernadette is very conscious of allowing her guests privacy . We only met her as she was watering the garden early one evening when we returned from a day out . She was friendly but not inquisitive. The setting is very peaceful . The only sounds you will hear are birdsong and chirping crickets . The French inspired decor is very easy on the eye and the towels and bedding are luxurious. The Queen sized bed is extremely comfortable and the shower of the very effective rain shower type . The location meant we could easily travel to see friends in Portsea and go to the beach in Sorrento and McCrae . We dined at Paul Louey’s Chinese restaurant in Rye where the food was delicious and very reasonably priced .

My partner and I went to the Gembrook cottages, specifically Harem and it was a amazing. We were greeted by a lemon scent and beautiful interior that seems to be inspired by Egypt with splendid antiques. We had a great time. Highly recommended. Thanks :)

We had three days spare when visiting Melbourne and found Natalie and Philip's place available, not too far from Wilsons Prom and at a good price. The dirt road leading to the house was in good condition, the house is charming and very well equipped, Philip gave us a warm welcome, even though we came well after dark. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, so bring the food and drinks you need. We absolutely loved the house and enjoyed our interaction with Philip, Daisy the blind dog and the chooks. A very peaceful and special place.

Lovely location to stay if you want to explore South Gippsland esp Wilsons Prom:) I really enjoyed the stay over the long weekend - peaceful surroundings and homey environment. Lisa is very responsive and offers very great advice around local cafes - I really love it!! Definitely would love to book again in future:)

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was large enough for my family of four to be very comfortable. The kids loved the spa pool and hammock. The location was very convenient. Close to the beach and shops.
