Monthly Rentals in Foxi Murdegu

We had 9 wonderful nights at Andrea's place. Every morning (early October) a beautiful sunrise from the terrace! On Tertenia you have 15 minutes by car, but in 5 minutes you have 2-3 delicious restaurants, 2 supermarkets and 2-3 beautiful beaches. In the kitchen we found everything for easier meals and the bed was very comfortable :) Another highlight is the outdoor shower, which also has hot water, so you can shower under the stars in the evening. I'd go back in a minute, it really is a little paradise!

The property is very well equipped and appealing. The terrace is large and offers plenty of space to be outside even in the rain (we were there in October). There are many other vacation homes around, but in October there was almost nothing going on. However, another settlement is being built nearby, so we had construction site noise on some days. Of course, this will change when the work is completed. Since we were out and about a lot, or at the nearby beach, it wasn't that bad. The beach is 500 m away and really nice, fine sand, goes in flat: good with children. There's also a bar-restaurant on the beach, great! A few meters from the house there is a small shop with the essentials. Very helpful. The nearest, also rather small, supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. We had a lovely stay and would come back. Cozily furnished cottage, 20 min walk to the beach. We imagined the outdoor area differently based on the photos. In the meantime, the garden lives up to the name Flowerhouse, it has become greener and more colorful around the house. We are happy to recommend the place.

Pierpaolo is a wonderful host. We spent a fantastic week at his house with our two small children. Although we didn't meet him in person, everything was perfectly organized. There was no issue when we arrived later than expected. Pierpaolo gave us clear instructions on how to enter the house, and a welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge! The house had all the necessary amenities and even more than we expected. Pierpaolo even asked if we needed a changing table for our 4-month-old, as he could easily provide one for us. I highly recommend staying here! The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. It's about an 8-minute walk to the beach, just as described in the offer. Along the way, there's a small shop with a restaurant offering very good and affordable food. There's also a restaurant with a bar on the beach. For sure, to get around this area or do some shopping, you would need a car. Thank you Pierpaolo for hosting us :)
