Holiday rentals with beach access in Foxton Beach

Lovely little place. Viv is a great communicator and was generous with supplies and arrivals/departure times. Totally adequate as a base for us to stay while attending some training nearby.

Beautiful location with great views! The washing machine was great to wash our clothes mid holiday. Dayne and Trevor were very helpful. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful place: well designed, spotless, and comfortable, with a stunning view over Wellington harbor. The funicular access adds a bit of magic to the experience. Lovely, simple breakfast left for us. The location is perfect—a short walk from Wellington’s central business district. Loved our stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at Gile's place in Wellington. Everything was perfectly clean and well provisioned. The location is super, walkable to all shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Gile is very responsive and a true gem of a host. Do not hesitate to book this place, it is an Airbnb 5+ stay!

Fantastic place to stay if you want to be really central but private. Kelly is a great host and is very helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this gorgeous apartment.

Michael's place is the perfect retreat. the view and beach access are amazing. We had such a lovely relaxed couple of days. There is a little Cafe a couple doors up which was perfect for an early morning coffee and a stroll along the beach.

Check-in was seamless with keyless entry. The place was beautiful, private, and peaceful – just what we needed. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the large wardrobes were perfect for storing our things. A short 2-minute walk to Akarau Tangi Stadium, which was ideal for our trip. Close to the airport (10 mins), CBD (10-min Uber), and walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, and local shops. The washer and dryer were super handy. Host was pleasant and easy to communicate with. Loved our stay in a beautiful and very convenient part of the City. Sue was a great host and always kept in touch. Easy walk by or bus ride into town but the stunning views from the studio and its terrace plus accessibility to Oriental Bay means we will come back next year!

An amazing beach house for a large family getaway. Very family friendly with lots of toys for the kids to play with as well as high chair etc available. Beautiful backyard with staircase right down to the beach. Walking distance to the playground and restaurants/cafes. This is our second time staying in this house, we will definitely book again.

This place was so lovely, beautiful views of the sea and house was very clean and tidy. Felt like we were right at home. This is new our favourite spot… would love to come back and stay longer 😍

Beautiful house inside and out. Was exactly like the pictures showed. Very cozy and warm and had a lovely homey feeling. Was the perfect size and easily accommodated our group of 5 adults and 1 child. Lovely host who always responded promptly and was friendly and accommodating. Best Airbnb we have stayed at so far. We had a great Stay at Waikawa, location and accommodation suited our family very well. The games provided in the garage got lots of use, pool table and table tennis. Dogs made the most of the large grounds and peaceful sorroundinds. . Very comfortable for all. Helped that we had perfect weather for a great family break away.

Our stay for the last weekend of the school holidays was PERFECT im glad we made the trip to Ōtaki for a family reunion we enjoyed our stay so much we hope to return again the fire made the place so cosy when you could sit around it with the beach in your view there was lots of space, games were a hit for the kids although we didnt spend most of our time soaking up the beautiful surroundings we had a great experiences, it didnt end there waking up and having the beautiful beach right there was an absolute bonus from sunset to sunrise was stunning!!!

As a solo gal I loved staying in this apartment for a night. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Sam was friendly, while also keeping to himself- he was a great host who made me feel very comfortable. Location is extremely walkable and feels safe. Would stay here again!

Perfect location for exploring Wellington! Location is walkable to all points of interest in the city including Cuba St, the museum, and the city center. Beautiful views of the city to enjoy in the morning and night.

This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

The apartment was lovely, the location had perfect views of Wellington city and harbour with the ferries coming and going. We had great weather too, so watching the sun set was spectacular. Just a short Uber drive to get into the city for restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend staying here and Craig was super helpful and pleasant to communicate with.

The best deal for being comfortable and not cramped right in the heart of the city. The views both to the harbour and Mount Victoria are just beautiful and the perfect tonic sitting in the comfy lounger at the end of the day. Super easy instructions and both Carolyn and Aarti quick to respond to any queries. Also an extra layer of glazing in the master bedroom to keep out the city noises during the night. Friendly neighbours in the building make it a very safe space too. I would gladly return!

Perfectly located, walking distance to Mount Victoria, the water front, Te Papa museum and city center. Bus straight from the airport (if you're flying like me) will leave you just 5 min away from Donna's house. House/apartment located in a little alley way so private and quiet enough. Comfortable (amazing bed) and cozy space. Donna is very friendly as well as discreet, she's available if you need anything but the ground floor is pretty much to yourself and will feel like you have your own space. I highly recommend 🙂.

Fabulous Airbnb Gorgeous views, so close to shops bakery and restaurants. We loved our stay and really appreciated the amazingly stocked kitchen.
