It has a bedroom, a living room where it is possible to accommodate at least 2 more people, a bathroom, a kitchen, a swimming pool and a natural space with comfortable tree shadows! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and just 50 meters from Avenida das Cataratas, a road that gives access to the main tourist landmarks. It is also close to pharmacies, restaurants, bars, bakeries, supermarket and 5 minutes from the city center.

I built in the back of my house a suite (bedroom with bathroom) to be able to offer you a private corner. Small and cozy, with a double bed, space to put in a suitcase and a side corner with shelf and a brand new figobar waiting for you! It has hot and cold air in the bedroom. 5m from downtown, from several attractions, with easy access to main avenues.
