The space we offer is attached to the house where we live, but totally independent. It has a bedroom, a living room where it is possible to accommodate at least 2 more people, a bathroom, a kitchen, a swimming pool and a natural space with comfortable tree shadows! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and just 50 meters from Avenida das Cataratas, a road that gives access to the main tourist landmarks. It is also close to pharmacies, restaurants, bars, bakeries, supermarket and 5 minutes from the city center.

Ninth Room

It is an excellent space to spend the night, rest, after a day of work, sightseeing or passing through the city! It has a double bed, TV, Wi-Fi, minibar, kitchen utensils, bath and face towels, a complete bed set and a blanket, and an independent entrance to the house. It is part of the main house, but you will be isolated and independent of the main house! IMPORTANT: - There is no parking space. - Visitors are NOT allowed. - There are stairs. - Guest turnover is not allowed.

A studio apartment-style hotel room located in the center of Guarapuava with covered parking. This studio does not have a kitchen, it is intended for people who do not plan to make food at home. Covered parking is complimentary. We rent for a minimum of 2 nights. For rentals of at least 1 week, there is a 20% discount, and for monthly rentals, there is a 40% discount. Supermarkets: 4 blocks Gas station, pharmacy, restaurant and snack bars: 1 block. We do not allow parties.

The Amora Suite was designed for you to enjoy our Ecofarm and all its beauty. Being in a deep Nature, with all the structure and comfort to be able to rest and take a break. Here you will find a trail, contemplation spaces and our restaurant, Quilombaria. On weekends, there is a voucher of $25/day already included for coffee. The suite has a minibar, air conditioning and there is also access to a shared kitchen with everything you need to use.

Stay in a full en-suite, with a Home Office space, private kitchen and a small garage with an electronic gate at your disposal. Security, great location and privacy, in the CENTER of Assis. For an excellent cost/benefit, you will have at your disposal the Internet, cable TV, a double bed, a 55" Smart TV and much more! The suite, with a private entrance, is located in a larger property but with an independent entrance and privacy.

PRIVATE/individual/unshared Studio, "inside" a residence, only the entrance is shared. Read the amenities section for more details. The area is "residential." Great location, 15-minute walk to Pq.
