Holiday rentals with a kayak in Francavilla al Mare

We loved staying at Slaven’s place near Vela Luka. It was an amazing, tranquil location with no one else around. The best part was swimming in the crystal clear water right next to the house. Like other reviewers have said - we’d love to keep this special place secret. Korcula is a beautiful island and the old town is absolutely stunning. We loved that due to the islands remote location the island remains fairly quiet even in the height of summer. Slaven was an absolutely fantastic host and really made us feel welcome. We can’t recommend this location enough!

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Our stay was simply wonderful. We have enjoyed Naples with an oceanfront house and wonderful views. It was an unexpected privilege. Fabio is charming as his home with a very special essence.

We had an amazing stay at Mirela's place. Mirela was so helpful throughout and her mum, who met us for check in, was lovely and left us some treats for our stay! The apartment has everything you need inside and has 2 seating areas which are great for catching the sun. It is literally a few steps to the sea which was great for swimming in. We also used the dinghy and SUP for little paddles around the bay. Vis is a lovely little island, and we had planned to rent a scooter but ended up being content just swimming and chilling at the apartment. We used the bikes provided to cycle into Vis to stock up on groceries. It was about a 20 minute cycle, one big hill but manageable. We went at the end of October and the weather was about 20 degrees and sunny. We had an amazing time and wold recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay where you can swim, walk, cycle and SUP. Thanks Mirela and Zada! :)

The apartment is new and clean, towels and linens replaced during your stay, the host provides bikes, sup boards, and other beach equipment for children, so you don't need to bring this with you. Ivan made us a delicious dinner, which was great. The beach next to the apartment is small but very nice because of small pebbles and you don't have to have shoes, you can drive up or walk to other beaches. I hope that our next visits to Croatia will be just as successful as the one in Slano u Ivan.

If I could give this booking 10 stars I would! My husband & I had an unforgettable experience sailing the coast of Italy and staying on Alessandro’s boat. Alessandro was an incredible host/skipper and immediately felt like an old friend. He created a beautiful itinerary for us and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy during the entire experience - stopping at beautiful landmarks & providing us paddle boards to get off the boat and explore more. Beyond sailing, he also made us coffee in the morning, and pasta for dinner once night which was totally unexpected! He also helped us arrange taxis to and from the airport. Overall, this was a once in a lifetime experience and I would recommend to anyone that loves being in the water!

Funtastic location, need car though if you want anything ... which you will. Dubrovnik is 15 minutes away which is by far the cheapest groceries, these close Studenic stores are quite a bit pricey. Lots of room but absolutely everything was unplugged, which was a pain for sink broilers and dishwasher. Parents live on otherside of big triplex so if you want absolute privacy .... Parents a great though, lovely people that keep it spotless. Really enjoyed all the mandarin orange trees, even some pomegranates. View and restaurants spectacular. Fully recommend!

Beautiful and private location. The beach is perfect for relaxation and swimming. The apartment had everything we needed and was decorated tastefully. The host family is very kind and velcoming and we instantly felt at home. Overall we had an amazing stay and we hope to come back some day.
