Relax and unwind in our beautiful vacation home with views over the Jan Durkspolder. Enjoy the silence! With a private deck and completely unobstructed view, you have plenty of privacy! The cottage is modernly furnished and is equipped with luxury box spring beds, rain shower and excellent WiFi The surrounding area is great for cycling, hiking or boating. We have canoes and bicycles for rent. The cottage is located on a small-scale recreational site with 5 cottages and space for 10 campers.

With a magnificent view over the countryside in the characteristic landscape of the Frisian Forests, it is wonderful to relax. The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

Farmhouse Okkingastate

Get away from it all? This is possible on our 200-year-old farm close to the Wadden Coast (Unesco World Heritage) and the cities of Leeuwarden, Harlingen and Franeker. The front house of the farm has been converted into a spacious guest house overlooking the garden and meadows. We have an organic dairy farm and work with nature as much as possible. If you come to stay with us, you can discover and experience farm life, the Wadden Coast and Friesland, completely at your own pace. Welcome!

Apartment Landleven is located in a quiet area. About 10 minutes' walk from the Wadden Sea and 10 minutes' drive from the beautiful harbor town of Harlingen. The apartment is 60 m2 and has a private parking space, private entrance and private garden with veranda. The apartment is characterized by a cozy and luxurious look. A modern steel kitchen with beautiful SMEG appliances. In the kitchen is a beautiful wooden table that can also be extended, so you have all the space to work!

Welcome to our unique tiny house, hidden in a private forest on the outskirts of the charming Frisian village of Noordwolde. This modern accommodation is ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. In the summer, enjoy your spacious private garden with seating area, a veranda and a hammock among the trees. In winter, you can sit comfortably inside by the wood-burning stove, which heats the room in no time. The tiny house is compact but equipped with every comfort!

Rural accommodation on the Frisian Elfstedenroute

Within walking distance of the center of Bolsward, on the Workumertrekvaart, the original Frisian Eleven Cities Route, is our rural farm. In this rural and water-rich environment, we offer you a spacious room, which is equipped with a large double bed, (2x0.90), TV/seating area and a completely new bathroom with Jacuzzi. Extra sleeping accommodation is possible. We have recently created this new space in our former cowshed, which is adjacent to our private home.

"De Mooie Liefde" Tiny house in Friesland.

Our "Beautiful Love" used to be the horse stable belonging to the centuries-old farm in which we live. In 2020, we transformed it together with a lot of love and passion into a tiny house with an old lived-in look. The green staircase leads upstairs to the beautiful loft with a 180x200 bed, with a double mattress and a double sheep wool duvet. Under the loft, you will find the beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together.
