This 1815 double cape farmhouse has been lovingly restored, renovated and expanded over the past 30 yrs. It comfortably sleeps 10 adults, or more if requested. Our favorite things: tennis, hot tub, firepit in the woods, swimming in local lakes and rivers, cross-country skiing, watching the sunset from the front porch, and sleeping to the sounds of the river!

The king bed includes a locally-made, medium-firm mattress and abundant bedding. The TV is connected by Roku to all major streaming services.

Owner lives in a separate residence 100 feet up the hill and may be seen outside in the meadow, garden or shared driveway. There is a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room in addition to the queen bed in the bedroom, although the cottage is most comfortable for 1 or 2 guests.
