Charmerende moderne heste landsted 900m fra strand

Landsted med heste midt i naturen, og samtidig tæt på både hvid sandstrand, Sletten Havn og Louisiana museum. Huset fra 1833 er ny renoveret med stor have, bålplads, Ofyr-grill, drivhus til de køligere nætter, 30min fra København. Indendørs er der 238m2 at boltre sig på indrettet med inspiration fra naturen, og samtidig med al moderne luksus. Hestene bor på vandrefold rundt om haven og elsker at hilse over hegnet. Her bor også to kælne katte som mest er ude, men som rigtig gerne vil fodres.

Jeg bor selv på overetagen og holder mig til baghaven så I har jeres privatliv. 3 høns gokker, når der er friske æg til jer.

Trætophytte 6 meter oppe - fuldt opvarmet

Velkommen i vores hyggelige trætophytte, bygget af genbrugsmaterialer - 6,2 m over jorden. Hytten har udsigt til markerne, er isoleret, har el, varme, te-køkken og en komfortabel sofa, der bliver til en lille dobbeltseng. Nyd de to terrasser og rindende vand i trætoppen og toilet med håndvask nedenfor hytten. Mulighed for tilkøb: Morgenmad (175 kr/2 pers.) - vildmarksbad (350 kr) eller ét af vores 2 udendørs 'escape rooms' (150 kr/ børn, 200 kr/ voksne). Kalender åbnes løbende!

Thached roof house near Louisiana Museum

Beautiful house close to Louisiana, Aarstiderne, Humlebæk beach, Kronborg, Fredensborg Castle, 5 min drive to the beach, 30 min drive to CPH. Welcome to Laugsgaarden farm, which origins from 1855. It was split up in eight single homes in 1980. The eight families who lives here are all part of the small Laugsgaarden community. You will have our own 120m2 house plus private garden on top of the common area with fire place, football fields, forest and fruit trees.

Sunny villa close to the beach & forest

The house is perfect for a couple or a family of 4/5 (a baby as an extra) The garden has lots of good spots for relaxation and sun bathing. For kids we Swings & a playhouse. And of course there is a barbecue. There is also a pizza oven when it’s summer. The house is close to the station, and Copenhagen is only 30-40 min away by train. The beach and the forest is really near. Espergærde has one of the best beaches. We have a SUP board you can rent.

Located only 10 minutes walk from the sea, next to woods, close to Louisana and only a 30 minutes away in train from Copenhagen, this house is a perfect spot for relaxing and exploring. Besides great and friendly neighbours and a cosy hood, you will have access to playgrounds can cosy fire places. The house (from 2007), designed by renowned artitects, has its own small private gardens (front and back), is equipped with everything a family needs.

This location is ideal for those wishing for a convenient location to get to the center of Copenhagen yet have a countryside retreat. 45min from Copenhagen center, and 10min from Elsinore by train, you can enjoy all the cultural delights. If you stay in Humlebaek you will be close to Louisiana Modern Art Museum, beautiful local beaches great for swimming, forest walks and convenience of food shops, takeout and transportation by bike/train or car.
