Fantastic flat with a balcony

The flat is totally renovated 6 years ago and has last year become upgrated with a lovely balcony. The interiour is modern / classic with nice furniture and lights. The philosophy is that you shall feel at home as soon as your coat is in the wardrobe and the candles are lit. Smoking is prohibited. There is a kitchen/diningroom in open connection with a living-room, 1 master bedroom and 1 small bedroom with 1 bed ( possibi- lity of drawing another bed from underneath it), 1 bathroom and a hall. In the bathroom is a combined washingmachine/tumbledryer and in the kitchen is a dishwashing-machine. From the the kitchen/diningroom there is a new big balcony. The flat has a central position for all kinds of doings near by busses and Metro, lots of shops, restaurants and cafés. There are recreative areas in reachable distance such as Frederiksberg Gardens and the Zoo. You reach Tivoli in 10 minutes time by bus fron door to door. You can park in the streets in the neighburhood,- and it is free in the week-ends. You can buy a day-parkingbill in the kiosk down under for Dkr 35,- per 24 hours. Are you coming by air or train there are bus and Metro connections.

Charmerende lejlighed på Frederiksberg med god udsigt i et roligt område. Lejligheden ligger centralt tæt på caféer, handlemuligheder og offentlig transport. Lejligheden består af en gang, et stort soveværelse, stort badeværelse og et meget unikt køkken-alrum. Derudover er lejligheden en af meget få, som er udstyret med 3 altaner, så der er sol hele dagen. Lejligheden ligger på øverste etage, og derfor har man udsigt udover Frederiksberg.

I only welcome and accept guests who have good recommendations from others. - - - The apartment is situated in the charming Frederiksberg with easy access to everything in Copenhagen. It is located a few steps from the metro - that will take you all over Copenhagen and directly to the airport. Very close to different grocery stores, a short walk from Frederiksberg shopping mall and smaller boutique shops.

Cozy centrally-located apartment w. free parking.

I hope you enjoy my peaceful and centrally-located place. Free parking available for visitors with car. 1 min away from supermarket (you don't even have to cross the street). 3 mins from bus stop, 10 mins from metro st. The apartment is quite green, a shared garden is available for an even greener experience (equipped with BBQ). My place has a fully equipped kitchen, that you're welcome to use.

We have a large kitchen with all equipments you need to create the perfect dinner, a huge living room with a fireplace and a large dinning table for 10. 3 good size bedrooms with king size beds 160 x200 cm. 2 bathrooms with showers. A library/home office. 2 balconies, one facing east, the other west, so you can enjoy sunrise and sunset.
