A very private and cosy stone Tiny House with stunning mountain & pool views. PERFECT IF YOU LOVE SILENCE, NATURE. The local area has a river, castle, winery, mountains and mediterranean beaches. This lovely mezzanine studio has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. The private terrace outside has a BBQ, table, chairs and amazing views to enjoy your evening glass of vino! The kitchen is fully equipped. Only the Pool area is shared with other guests. WiFi is great 90% of the time.

Large loft with wonderful views of the mountain and the town's Botanical Garden. It is the top floor of a restored house from the beginning of the 18th century. The loft is open, has an area with a double bed and two terraces, another dining area with a smart TV and sofas and another area with a double sofa bed. It also has a bathroom with shower and a loft accessed by a spectacular staircase in which the kitchen is located, fully equipped and with a dining area Ideal for one or two couples.

Rent the entire house/3000m2 outdoors. Nature, tranquility, well-connected village, swimming pool, art, orchard. The total number of guests is 11 and cannot be exceeded. We rent per guest. Additional guests/events/consult. Saltwater pool, available all year round. Suite 1, 2 and 3 with private bathrooms. The village festivals are the first weekend of August or the end of July. 1h 30min/playa - 1h 30min/ski slopes. With 2 guests + baby/toddler we use the main suite 1/consult.

In summer you can enjoy the municipal swimming pool, which is only 3 minutes from the house, or go to the river to bathe. The ideal place to rest away from the city.

The generous layout of the outdoor area features a private relaxation area and a covered seating area. Underfloor heating provides the houses of Alcossebre with a pleasant intrinsic heat, even in the low season and in the winter months.
