The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7–8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg town centre. Bus to Fredrikstad once an hour. The floor area on the ground floor is approximately 115 m². This unit has two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room and a newly renovated bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a travel cot for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental property and do not want loud parties there.

A convenience store is also within walking distance via the same path.

From here there are good opportunities for outdoor activities such as swimming or paddling in nearby fjord waters, hiking and cycling. Possibility to rent a SUP, kayak and bicycle. Approx. 20 min by car to Fredrikstad city center and Skjærhalden

Perfect for a couple or a family with two teenagers, children or young persons that can clime the stair to the loft. There is also a crib for small babies.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Kort vei til Gamlebyen med gratis fergetur på ca 7 min til sentrum. Har tre sykler til utlåns. Fine turområder, lysløype, glommastien, Kongstenbadet, golfbane, 10 minutter fra E6, 30 minutter til Svinesund, litt over en time til Oslo. God offentlig transport.

The property is located in the middle of Halden city center with immediate proximity to EVERYTHING. The mandatory cleaning fee covers made beds when you arrive, as well as towels.
