The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7–8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg town centre. Bus to Fredrikstad once an hour. The floor area on the ground floor is approximately 115 m². This unit has two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room and a newly renovated bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a travel cot for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental property and do not want loud parties there.

Cozy house with good atmosphere and all amenities in rural Torsnes. There is a private parking space with electric car charger. Car charging is included in the rent, you must bring your own charging cable. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The veranda is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with beautiful views

Central location on Gressvik with only 6 minutes walk (500m) to Gressvik Brygge where Byferga takes you for free to Fredrikstad city center in 11 min or all the way to the Old Town in about 25 min. Two playgrounds, street kitchen and library nearby (5-10min to walk). The house has two living rooms, one of which has a Smart TV, a sofa bed and children's toys. Broadband.
