The space is suitable for a family, or one for two couples, who would like to enjoy one of the pearls of the Oslo fjord.

The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and relaxation. Fresh air, good nature right outside the door, dream garden and open living rooms both inside and outside. Take a breath in the ground in our house on the blueberry top in Varteig. Varteig has many great hiking trails to offer, swimming at Glomma (within walking distance), berry picking, proximity to Rudskogen and central road to both Rakkestad, Sarpsborg city centre and Sweden (both Nordby and Töcksfors).

Huset ligger landlig men midt i mellom som knutepunkt med en liten 20 minutters kjøretur til Tusenfryd , Askimbadet, klatrepark, Son by og havn. Ski storsenter. Blixland hestesenter kun 6 min. Huset er nylig renovert og har 4 soverom , stor lys romslig stue åpen moderne kjøkkenløsning. Det er endel støy fra hovedveien, men ikke merkverdig innendørs

The apartment is located in Sarpsborg's central residential area. Walking distance to most of the city's facilities such as culture, shopping and public transport. 4 minutes to the bus stop and Storby shopping centre. Kulåsparken is a few minutes away. 15 minutes to the train station. Tunevannet (lake), Glomma (river), shopping centres, etc. The coast is a few minutes away by car. Housing consists of entrance, bathroom, 1 bedroom, and kitchen.

Buss går sentralt like ved huset og svenske grensen er en liten kjøre tur unna. Vispen ligger rett ved, en populær badestrand med kiosk, utleie av kano/kajakk og diverse. Det er sjøutsikt med veranda og hyggelige naboer rundt huset. Stor plen og hage for et slag kubbspill.
