Inside, most of the amenities are available, and the view of the fjord is just as stunning from the sofa. The house is located at the second-to-last property on a cul-de-sac.

Herfra bruker du 10 min til Gamlebyen, 15 min til Fredrikstad sentrum og 25min til Svinesund. Det er kort vei til badeplasser og campingplass og nærbutikken ligger bare en 10-minutters gåtur unna. Huset er fra 1850 og er totalrenovert i 2022. Verandaen er perfekt for sene sommerkvelder, usjenert og med nydelig utsikt

Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940. Drøbak sitt eldste hus, Thorsehuset fra 1760, ligger på samme eiendom. Huset er verneverdig og ivaretatt med omfattende arbeider.
