Holiday rentals with a pool in Free municipal consortium of Syracuse

Alessandro und Valentina sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir reisten mit unserer kleinen Tochter Paula an (1< Jahr) und Alessandro hat uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und Paula hat super geschlafen. Ein Babybett mit höhenverstellbaren Seiten, sodass man quasi ein Familienbett hat, einen Brei-Zubereiter, Mixer, Spielzeug, extra Decken zum Krabbeln - ganz herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung im EG liegt in einem traumhaften Garten, man kann direkt aufs Meer sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Esperienza meravigliosa. Prima ancora di iniziare il soggiorno Claudio si è dimostrato attento e pronto nelle risposte. L'accoglienza di Valerio è stata impeccabile, sempre disponibile, ricco di indicazioni e suggerimenti, il suo sorriso e gentilezza ci hanno fatte sentire a casa. Appena entri nella proprietà ti senti in vacanza: l'atmosfera è di relax totale e ogni particolare è curato con grande attenzione. C'è il giardino con alberi di limoni e piante grasse, la piscina con lettini e ombrellone, il bbq, la veranda, un patio sul retro con vista sui mandorleti e il grandissimo terrazzo arredato sul tetto con vista a 360° sulla campagna e fino al mare. La casa è accogliente, pulita e non manca di nulla. La cucina è rifornita con tante pentole e stoviglie. Molto apprezzata la presenza di acqua, caffè, zucchero, sale, condimenti, scottex e carta igienica. Si dorme benissimo grazie ai letti molto comodi, l'aria condizionata e il silenzio che circonda la proprietà. Torneremo sicuramente!

We enjoyed a great few days at the end of our holiday in Sicily. Maria was very accommodating and responsive to all our requests. The pool is great and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay, Federico is extremely responsive and lways read to help within a few minutes and check-in was flexible and easy :) the house has lovely decorations and good amenties and the shared pool area is stunning, although the garden and lounge area seems to could make use of some cleaning from time to time😊 The location is splendid, very peaceful area but yet close to Noto and other beautiful cities by car. Would highly recommend and definitely come back!

Eine tolle Unterkunft, wenn man auf der Suche nach Ruhe ist. Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung und ein erfrischender Pool machten den Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft mehr als erträglich. Der Gastgeber war sehr kommunikativ und hat uns viele nützliche Tips gegeben.

We had a wonderful stay at this air bnb accommodation. The pool was perfect for us and the children to enjoy and a beautiful setting with lovely sunsets to enjoy. Vincenzo and his wife were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Their pet dog Mia was also very friendly and liked to join us by the pool! The house had everything we needed (including towels for the pool) and was a good location for exploring the local beaches and towns. Thank you!

Wir haben und in der Casa Vaddeddi Oase Vendicari von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. :-) Die Unterkunft entspricht den Informationen laut der Beschreibung und der Fotos. Das Haus liegt auch in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Umgebung, und ist trotzdem sehr gut erreichbar. Noto und Pachino sind nicht weit entfernt, ebenso das Naturschutzgebiet mit den wunderbaren Stränden. Ein Highlight war auch der eigene Pool, den wir sehr gerne während unseres Besuches ausreichend genützt haben. Die Vermieter Luisa und Alfonso waren sehr hilfreich bei Fragen haben wir auch sehr rasch Antworten erhalten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir können die Casa Vaddeddi wärmstens weiterempfehlen und wir kommen sicher wieder. ;-)

The flat is amazing!!!! We were 5 girls and loved our staying!! The host was kind, welcoming, accommodating. The place was spotless. The pool was clean and warm with a great view. The mount Etna view with the morning coffee is everything one can wish for!

Nous y avons passé un super séjour! L hôte et ses enfants sont très accueillants et réactifs. Le logement est très propre et pratique. Nous n avons pas eu le temps de tester la piscine. La voiture est indispensable pour se balader mais peut être y a t il d autres moyens de locomotion. Les couchers de soleil du balcon et la vue sur la mer sont magnifiques :)

Avons passé un très bon séjour de plusieurs nuits dans l'appartement du 2ème étage dans cette maison au calme entourée d un grand oasis de verdure et avec une belle et grande piscine. Transats à disposition. L'hôtesse est toujours reactive et sa famille discrète. Si vous êtes une-e lève tard n'oubliez pas un masque car les rideaux occultants ne le sont pas vraiment et il n y a pas de volets. L'appartement du 1er étage semble avoir une terrasse plus grande, en tout cas avec vue sur piscine. Sa 2ème chambre a une vraie fenêtre et non des veluxes comme au 2ème étage.

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jour sur ce très joli domaine privilégié. Un cadre idéal entouré de vergers au son des cigales et grillons. Nous avons pris le logement appartement avec le balcon ce qui permet d’avoir un espace de vie confortable. Ce que nous avons aussi apprécié c’est le calme à l’écart de la masse touristique en pleine campagne. Cet endroit est très intimiste pour les couples en besoin de se ressourcer. La piscine est vraiment un plus pour se rafraîchir et passer d’agréables moments. Il y n’y a qu’une vingtaine de minutes pour aller à Syracuse ou à Noto. On était situé dans un triangle d’or. Les hôtes bienveillants nous ont également très bien accueilli avec une arrivée tardive et flexible. Ils nous ont transmis de façon claire et précise les informations d’accès au logement. À conseiller ++++

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung von Paola. Es war tatsächlich genauso schön wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Man wacht mit dem Meeresrauschen auf, die Sonne über dem Meer, es ist herrlich! Es gibt, wenn man bereit ist, etwas Auto zu fahren, viele Möglichkeiten für schöne Ausflüge, ein sehr schöner Sandstrand ist gerade mal fünf Minuten entfernt (Agnone Bagni). Die Menschen, die einem begegnen, sind sehr freundlich, das Essen köstlich, das Klima im Oktober perfekt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, man kann auch mal selbst kochen, wenn man mag. Paola ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, es gibt viele gute Tipps und Anregungen, sie ist jederzeit kontaktierbar. Auch Ketty, als Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sagen: Vielen Dank, es war wunderschön. Einziges (kleines) Manko: Der Pool lädt insgesamt nicht so sehr zum Baden und Spielen ein, er ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. We enjoyed our time and would like to thank Gianluca and his family, especially Maria and Sebastiano for taking so much care of the property. We have been invited to an Aperitivo with Sicilian wine and food, we loved it. We can highly recommend the accommodation if you want to stay around Noto/ Marzamemi. Gianluca is always happy to help and support where needed.

The property is beautiful. Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay very much. We were traveling with a newborn so we ate at the home every night. The outdoor patio is magical. The pool is large and welcoming after very hot days visiting the small towns surrounding the home. We took a wonderful wine tour and saw much of the surrounding countryside and got to see the local wineries. The kitchen could use some reorganization and broken things replaced like serving bowls and utensils. We wished the pool was a bit warmer so those that wanted to swim in the morning could get in the pool as the nights cooled off nicely and in the morning the pool was very cold. Small things as the home really was a wonderful spot to bring the family. The air b and b team did a great job communicating and taking care of any issues we did have.

Our stay at Katia's home was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences for our family. Katia was extremely helpful and provided us with recommendations for everything you can think of. The local team were so kind and helpful - their welcome was warm and inviting and they were quick to respond to us, making our stay easy and relaxing. The house is so thoughtfully decorated and appointed with every amenity one could need. The close proximity to Noto and nearby beaches was excellent. We thank Katia and everyone for a wonderful stay in Sicily! It was a magical stay for our family and one which will definitely bring us back.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, sowohl die Lage als auch das Haus an sich! Die Eigentümer sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir fragen hatten, konnten wir sie jederzeit erreichen. Es gibt nichts, was uns gefehlt hat. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt! Immer wieder gerne!

Casa stupenda, immersa nella natura e nella tranquillità

Fantastic place to stay, would definitely come again. The house itself was spotless and had everything listed as expected. There isn't much to do around the house or in the area, so it's worth noting that Syracuse is only a 10- to 20-minute drive away, but there's nothing within walking distance. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. A slight language barrier during check-in made it difficult to ask questions or clarify some things, but it wasn't major. I would recommend staying, and I will be staying if in the area.
