Langholmen private Island - with rowing boat

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Bed sheets upon request and extra fee. We are dependent of guests to clean out properly after their stay to welcoming next guests. Please respect. Felemakerstua

Felemakerstua har en helt spesiell historie - huset er 250 år gammelt. Her bor du på sjøtomt, har tilgang til naustterrasse og offentlig badeplass (svaberg). Huset ligger nært busstopp (150 meter) med lokalbuss til sentrum/kjøpesenter, eller du kan øyhoppe med Sundbåten inn til sentrum, båten er gratis og båtkaia ligger 10 minutt å gå fra huset. Du vil erfare at Felemakerstua er gammel, det er lavt under taket og trappa til loftet er bratt. Men huset er lunt og koselig med gode rom. Du trives!

Lys og moderne hytte nær sjøen. Store panoramavinduer med fantastisk utsikt. Kjøkken med oppvaskmaskin. Følger med liten fiskebåt/robåt. Du kan fiske eller bade like nedenfor hytta. Vedfyrt badestamp(bruk må avtales,350 kr ved 1 gangs bruk,deretter 200 pr oppvarming) Sup brett leies ut kr.200 ekstra pr opphold pr. sup Hytta ligger alene på ett nes ytterst i surnadal fjorden. Gjestene har egen inngang til underetasje i bebodd bolig. Beliggenhet: Det er kort gangavstand til buss og sundbåten som går mellom øyene. Stille enveiskjørt gate i rolige omgivelser. Fin utsikt og solrikt. Kort kjøreavstand til sentrum. 10min med bil fra flyplass. Parkering: gratis parkering i oppkjørselen.

Amundøy Rorbu is located in the most beautiful costal area around Kristiansund. Cozy apartment in a charming old, restored warehouse / boathouse right on the sea shore, 20km from Kristiansund. (25 min drive) Our guests will have a large, ca. 60 square meters apartment, with a balcony and partial seaview, at their disposal. Spacious both inside and outside. Scenic and quiet area. At mid Summer the sun sets around 23H in this area!

(see pictures) Private entrance. Guests have the entire floor alone. South facing garden with view and barbecue/fire pit. Dogs are welcome. 20 minutes to Kristiansund center. Close to forest and lake, with no neighbors Works well in all seasons.
