This independent accommodation, classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation, is located in the large wooded garden of the owners (charming couple). We live in Santa Lucia Park, a residential area of St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large, quiet garden, 2 steps from the sea (3-minute walk). The setting is very pleasant, relaxing. It is not overlooked. Everything is done to have a 100% relaxing stay. Palm trees, turtles, cats, shade, sun, swimming pool (to share)...

Sur 3 étages, elle est pleine de charme ,dans le vieil Antibes: 3 chambres avec SDB en-suite (pour couples ou familles avec enfants), une cuisine/salle-à-manger large et moderne, un grand salon et une grande terrasse avec vue directe sur la mer & jacuzzi et sauna.

Maison entièrement rénovée, au cœur du vignoble bio de Château Paquette, au pied de l'Estérel, à 15 minutes des plages. La maison est très lumineuse et décorée avec soin. La grande terrasse surplombe les vignes et la vue porte jusqu'au pic de Castel Diaou. C'est un lieu parfait pour les amateurs de calme, de nature, de vins et d'histoire. Large swimming pool of 10 x 4 m which is heated from mid March to end of October. Can be heated on request outside those dates. Beautiful garden of 1200 sq meter. The house is minutes away from the beach and shops. Ideal for a holiday the villa also has ping pong table, barbecue and petanque .
