This independent accommodation, completely renovated in early 2019, is located in the large garden of the owners (charming couple). We reside in Santa Lucia Park, residential area of St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large, quiet garden, 2 steps from the sea (3 minutes walk). The setting is very pleasant and relaxing. There is no overlap. Everything is done to have a 100% relaxing stay. Palms, turtles, cats, shade, sun, pool ( to share)...

Located between sea and forest, with a magnificent view! The villa is located in Bagnols en Forêt, a quiet village perched in the mountains of Estérel 18 km from the coast (Fréjus / Saint-Raphaël). The house of 264m2, facing south, has a large living room (living room, dining room, kitchen, mezzanine), a beautiful terrace, a pool, 3 bedrooms (2 beds) of more than 25m2 and a fourth small room (2 beds) of 11m2. Each room has their own bathroom.

Maison entièrement rénovée, au cœur du vignoble bio de Château Paquette, au pied de l'Estérel, à 15 minutes des plages. La maison est très lumineuse et décorée avec soin. La grande terrasse surplombe les vignes et la vue porte jusqu'au pic de Castel Diaou. C'est un lieu parfait pour les amateurs de calme, de nature, de vins et d'histoire. Selon notre disponibilité, nous serons heureux de vous proposer une visite guidée du vignoble.
