Perfect for what we needed. No hesitation to book again.

Was nice meeting Mark, louise & Dylan the dog. Great hosts. Very responsive to questions. The place was exactly as per the photos & description. Spotlessly clean. The upstairs Loung/bedroom was cosy and warm and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Perfect location for our activities in Instow. Really appreciated the welcome pack of tea/coffee, milk, snacks, & biscuits for Dylan. Will probably be staying here again same week next year.

We had a lovely stay at Mark's. It was super sweet to be greeted by a couple of treats and the guest book to read messages from previous guests. We appreciated that there were games available, as we had forgotten to pack some! Mark even went the extra mile and set up the sofa bed for us before we arrived. Plus, the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Only 30 minutes walk down to the town centre (but be prepared for the climb back up). All in all, would recommend staying there.

We loved every second of our stay, exceeded our expectations! Lovely people, very helpful and friendly. Gave us recommendations on what’s around to do. All the little touches and amenities were perfect! Thankyou both! Will definitely be back.
