we had a lovely peaceful stay at Elspeth's place. very comfortable beds and crisp linen sheets....so we slept very well. We woke up to the sound of birds with sun streaming through the windows..lovely. the cottage is within walking distance of Frensham Ponds and Frensham Common. it was a perfect place to stay whilst we attended a nearby wedding. I definitely recommend this lovely cottage

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained space that exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to an unexpected health issue. To our surprise and great appreciation, Angelia initiated a refund without us even asking. Clare was a fantastic host, providing loads of info to help us settle in and get around. Lovely cabin, very homely and had everything we needed. The Holly Bush pub is a must for fiod and friendly service. Great dog walking around the National Trust ponds, although we had to keep dogs on the lead due to ground nesting birds etc. Would definitely recommend

Susie and Richard are lovely hosts- Susie responds very quickly to any queries, I felt at home instantly and there was everything I needed. Enjoyed my stay very much.
