Monthly Rentals in Freshwater Bay

Stayed here for a week. It is an immaculate apartment, just as described, in a stunning location. Kimberly was very proactive and responsive. We had clear check in instructions. The apartment is one of 10 or so in the complex and shares a communal garden space. The other apartments had many long term renters plus some are owner occupied. Consequently there is a very strong community with regular evening social gatherings in the communal space, so it is not always as peaceful as you might expect. That said, everyone was very friendly, including the gardener and maintenance guy. The apartment is huge, and equipped with everything you could need. The bed is super comfy. The power plant was not an issue for us, it can’t be seen unless you go in to the sea or walk along the beach. There’s Brandon’s beach, and Paradise beach if you walk left and right respectively. A car is highly recommended for getting around. We would definitely stay here again.

Diana was a wonderful host and her Airbnb was beautiful! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed and the living room was a comfortable place to unwind after relaxing days on the beach. The outdoor patio had a stunning view of the beach (which was right in our backyard!) and we enjoyed eating out there daily. We really appreciated all of Diana’s helpful tips about Barbados and her willingness to assist us with anything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Would highly recommend this host and property to anyone visiting Barbados!

Beautiful place in a gorgeous location! The host is responsive and welcoming, and provides very helpful information on the location and complex that’s readily available inside the unit. The place is extremely clean with all the things that one might need during your stay, including dishes, towels, pots/pans, etc.; all of these things are a good quality and a great condition. I highly recommend this place and Lisa as a host!

High standard accommodation well maintained. Direct access from garden onto beach which is wide and perfect for swimming. Property situated at end of minor road past a rum distillery in an industrial complex and next to a vacant building plot. This meant we usually had this beautiful beach to ourselves or we were sharing with the friendly locals. We felt comfortable and safe. Apartment had large furnished covered balcony for relaxing and looking out west at the 180 degree sea view with its incredible sunsets. Short walk to main road with good bus service and 20 minutes walk from 2 supermarkets. It’s possible to walk south along the beach to outskirts of Bridgetown. Judy the co-host lives on site and is very friendly, kind and helpful. She gave good recommendations for local places to eat and for tours. The perfect place for my husband and I to spend a 10 day holiday and celebrate my special birthday. Hope we are fortunate enough to be able to return to this lovely accommodation.
