In the immediate vicinity of the Franconian Lake District as well as Nuremberg and on the edge of the Altmühltal Nature Park, you can enjoy nice hours with us in the small village of Lay! Our "Falkennest-Haus" from 1937, which we have lovingly renovated, consists of two separate apartments, which can unite wonderfully for a large group. The special charm of old walls mixed with modern elements and the latest amenities makes your stay a unique experience!

The property is located on the first floor in a former farmhouse with free parking in front of the house. Garage parking, as well as charging facilities for electric cars are possible on request. The spacious terrace is covered and equipped with a dining table and a lounge corner. The WHG is not rented for parties or the like. The loft is the ideal starting point for excursions or business trips in northern Bavaria. It offers the best comfort with fast Internet and a pellet stove.

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].
