The wooden house is located in the middle of a well-kept 1,400 sqm plot on the outskirts of the village in the immediate vicinity of the climatic health resort of Albersdorf (6 km). The beautiful surroundings invite you to go hiking, cycling, fishing and horse riding. The property was last extensively renovated in autumn 2025. In the event of rain, the covered terrace with outdoor fireplace offers the opportunity to eat and relax together. The living space is approximately 56 sqm.

The open-plan living space features a well-equipped kitchenette, a cozy dining area with four chairs, and a comfortable bed with a textured headboard.
