The holiday apartment is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It offers an unobstructed view to the south, across the Havelland. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen–diner with a sofa bed, a terrace, and a private garden. On the first floor, you will find the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with a welcoming shower. Floor area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m². Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 m²) can also be rented. Three additional persons can be accommodated there.

The trailer is reduced to the essentials. There's electricity in the trailer. Equipped outdoor kitchen with gas stove, stone oven, water point and toilet, outdoor shower and fire bowl. The property is almost 10,000 square meters, everyone will find a place for themselves there. There are 2 bikes, canoe, rowing boat available. Public transport stop Wustrau/Radensleben.

In the old forester's house in the middle of the forest, far away from civilization, enjoy untouched nature and silence, sleep heavenly and recharge your batteries. Pure country vacation! You step out of house and you are surrounded by nature. Collect wild herbs, wild berries and mushrooms right outside the front door or meet rabbits, deer, badgers & Co. A vacation on the farm, only without a fence. At night you can admire the stars at the fire pit and gaze into the depths of space. The house is perfect for families.

Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Our blue holiday apartment, featuring a kitchen-diner, bedroom and modern bathroom, invites you to unwind and make yourself at home. The flat offers a comfortable box-spring bed for 2 people and a high-quality sofa bed for 2 additional people. As soon as the weather permits, there will be seating available in front of the flat. If you want to work, a fibre-optic connection provides you with excellent conditions. Right next door, in the green holiday apartment, there is also space for 2–4 people.

It is a single-story half-timbered house with a gable roof and is located directly on the idyllic village green with views of the Baroque village church. The 136 square meter living area has two bedrooms, a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The fireplace room has a sofa bed. The house has an approx. 800 sqm garden that invites you to relax.

The apartment with private entrance has been equipped to a high standard. Underfloor heating with oak floorboards, fireplace, high-quality bathroom amenities (tub + shower). The built-in kitchen with dishwasher is very well equipped and also has a Nespresso capsule machine. Between the idyllic Lake Neurupin, the pretty city of Potsdam and the lively capital Berlin, you will find a modern, cozy apartment. It is 5 minutes by car from the A 24. The furnishings are comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. You have a small enclosed garden. You could also camp there. Everything Brandenburg has to offer is right outside the front door. Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
