The holiday apartment is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It offers an unobstructed view to the south, across the Havelland. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen–diner with a sofa bed, a terrace, and a private garden. On the first floor, you will find the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with a welcoming shower. Floor area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m². Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 m²) can also be rented. Three additional persons can be accommodated there.

In Schweinrich, on Lake Dranser, which is closed to motorboats, lies the romantic holiday home 'Landlust', with its idyllic, large garden, 100 metres from the bathing area. Boathouse with its own jetty. Canoes, kayaks and a sailing dinghy (sailing experience required) can be hired. In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Our blue holiday apartment, featuring a kitchen-diner, bedroom and modern bathroom, invites you to unwind and make yourself at home. The flat offers a comfortable box-spring bed for 2 people and a high-quality sofa bed for 2 additional people. As soon as the weather permits, there will be seating available in front of the flat. If you want to work, a fibre-optic connection provides you with excellent conditions. Right next door, in the green holiday apartment, there is also space for 2–4 people.

The house has an approx. 800 sqm garden that invites you to relax.
