Our vacation home is about 100 square meters and is on two floors. It has a living room, conservatory (with access to the terrace), kitchen and toilet on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Sandstedt is right on the beautiful Weser with a small harbor. There is a good connection via the A27 towards Bremen or Bremerhaven as well as a ferry connection towards Oldenburg/East Frisia.

The apartment has its own entrance and was very cozy and tastefully decorated. On the ground floor there is a beautiful large living and dining area with large window front, facing south. As well as a guest toilet. Via a staircase you reach the upper floor where there is a large bedroom and a smaller bedroom with sofa bed. A nice, bright and friendly bathroom with toilet, shower and sink is also located there.

Welcome in our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.

Hello and welcome to the newly built, lovingly and high-quality furnished holiday double house "Wangerbrise"! This is only about 100 meters from the freshwater lake Wangermeer, one of the most beautiful vacation areas on the Lower Saxony North Sea coast. The small private path behind the house leads directly to the sandy beach (with reed bank), where you can relax wonderfully.
