Holiday rentals with a balcony in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

Peaceful location, very nice big apartment. However, Wi-Fi is too weak.

Everything great, super clean, everything new. It's not a classic Airbnb, it's an agency. Please note the strict check-out times. However, after we asked (it was preseason), we were able to check out later. You have to pick up the keys and bed linen at the other end v Lignano No problem with a car, not possible without a car Please bring everything yourself, toilet fridges, sink, etc., everything. Huge balcony , close to the beach and pedestrian zone. And enjoyed it.

Communication via airbnb exemplary, fast, friendly and detailed. Handling and booking no issues. Green Village Resort: A dream. Luxurious villa, super pool landscape, shuttle to the beach well available, with rental bikes in 5 min also accessible. Beautiful beach section, nice staff in the beach bar. Food in the hotel a bit overpriced, but with self-catering in a new kitchen, it also lives very well. The staff has always taken care of everything. We had an internet outage and everything was put back in order within a day. Super friendly cleaning squad that takes everything very discreetly and carefully. We will definitely repeat the Green Village vacation, there was nothing to complain about!

Everything went perfectly. The place is in a good location. It is close to the sea. Close to all major shops. Close to the center. Spacious balcony. Trees give privacy. Packing is cramped but acceptable.

There is good shopping near the apartment. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. The in-house pool is clean and perfect to end the evening with a refreshing dip. In the evening you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine of the day on the loungers.

The accommodation was clean in a quiet environment. The apartment was fully furnished with its own parking space. Communication with the agency was quick and accurate and they provided all the necessary information about the accommodation and the place where it is located. There is a supermarket, a shopping street and bicycle rental nearby. the beach is a 7 to 10-minute walk away. I would recommend this accommodation to others.

Overall, we were very happy with the place

We stayed for 4 days at the end of August and had a wonderful vacation. The house is perfectly set up and very clean. It is equipped with every comfort (many more than I usually expect in a house in the mountains). Frankly, I am used to more "simple" solutions and therefore the level of what is available in the house has really impressed me. The house is then equipped with a pleasant outdoor space where the children were able to play freely also thanks to the kindness and hospitality of the owners who live in the house in front. They are exquisite people, able to make "family" guests feel immediately and this allows you to make your vacation truly unforgettable. The location is great for several destinations and walks whose starting point can be reached on average with half anhour by car (but if you want you can find trails and walk even closer). For a family with children, I don't think there's a better fit. Note: The Friulian Alps have nothing to envy to nearby Cadore and Alto Adige... and as far as I have seen they are not yet "victims" of that mass tourism that begins to weigh on some locations in the aforementioned areas. For those who love the mountains, it's a must-see... A special hug to Romeo's family (and especially to the three grandchildren by Nicolò and Tobiae)

Great quiet place is easy to get to. Relatively close to all basic amenities. Recommended and will be back!
