The place is close to the forest and bright and cozy. Great hiking terrain with several swimming spots. It is almost possible to see the nearest neighbor, the apartment is located as house number 2 from a dead end road. It's peaceful and peaceful here. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Bright, cozy apartment, with beautiful views of Arendals Byfjord. It is fully furnished, has a smart TV (however, without channels) and free Wi-Fi. It is only a 2 minute walk to the center and Norway's first floating pool. From the city you can take a ferry to e.g. Merdø. The apartment has a nice patio with its own barbecue, table and chairs and a fantastic view. There is no parking for the apartment but public parking garage nearby.
