In this place one lives close to everything, the location is central. The loft apartment is about 70 square meters. Large sunny porch, private entrance, Living room, kitchen, bathroom and sleeps 4 people. It is a quiet and calm neighborhood with nice hiking trails, swimming area and fishing water within walking distance. At the same time, it is close to several shops and eateries. There are good bus connections, about 10 minutes by bus to Arendal city center and about 50 minutes by car to Kristiansand Zoo.

Located in an old swiss villa from 1924, with a sunny private outdoor space. Located near the hospital (4 min), city centre (15 min) and grocery shops (7min). A small lake perfect for a little swim, just 3-4 min walk away. Tennis court aprox 5 min walk. The apartment is fully equipped with everyday basics, like bedsheets, towels, dish washer, washing machine, soap for washing clothes/cutlery, coffe and tea. Other arrangements can be done by appointment. Just ask, and I will do my best to help.

TV, games, toys outside (summer) and inside. Rowing boat with motor, a safe, inflatable kayak for enjoying the island-rich Nelaug lake and Nidelva (summer). 3 adult bikes, one el, one for children. Retro-cafe at Nelaug 600m, Joker 15-20' by car or 20' by local train to the Stoa shopping centre. No smoking and partying. Rules of order.

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Southern idyll

Bright, cozy apartment, with beautiful views of Arendals Byfjord. It is fully furnished, has a smart TV (however, without channels) and free Wi-Fi. It is only a 2 minute walk to the center and Norway's first floating pool. From the city you can take a ferry to e.g. Merdø. The apartment has a nice patio with its own barbecue, table and chairs and a fantastic view. There is no parking for the apartment but public parking garage nearby.
