Modern, spacious cabin in small cabin field, by the lake for swimming and fishing. Canoeing and kayaking are included. The sun can be enjoyed from early morning until late at night. Barbecue and campfire area. 10 minutes' drive to the nearest grocery store and petrol station. A little over an hour's drive from the Kristiansand ferry terminal and Dyreparken. 25 minutes to Evje, where there are several shops and restaurants, go-karting, rafting, a mineral park and fishing opportunities. Welcome to a made-up bed in the old brewery building (on a disused farm) which has now been extended and converted into an idyllic cottage. There is one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen in one space, and a loft with four 80 x 200 beds. Outdoor furniture available. The cabin is completely secluded with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for coziness and extra heat. Ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice bathing opportunities with your own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Parking spaces for 3 cars. Type 2 electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a swimming beach. Great outfield for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Opportunity to fish in the fjord where there are trout, char and perch.

Great place with lovely nature right outside the door. Great ski slopes in winter. Here you can go mountain hiking in marked trails or have a day on the water to see if the fishing luck is there. The children can swim from the diving board or from the beach area which is only a few minutes walk from the cabin. Access to boat. 2 miles to Mykland where there is a shop. The cabin is well equipped with all amenities such as water, toilet, shower and electricity. Otherwise, most of what you need for a small vacation should be in place.

Otherwise, there is a short distance to the coastal towns of Lillesand, Grimstad, Arendal, Tvedestrand and Risør.
