Joy and Bernie’s place was great. Clean,quiet and close to Capitol Reef National Park. Joy and Bernie were both very friendly and happy to give recommendations about the area.

This place was amazing, we absolutely loved Kristen’s touches for a perfect stay. The beds were very comfortable, the proximity to Capitol Reef was perfect and the views were unparalleled. We have already shared this listing with our friends and family for when they visit Capitol Reef!

As u approach property it's hard to believe it's actually there. Beautiful pastures and landscapes all around, no houses in area, except this gem. Had a minor issue and April(pm) was there in a jiffy to fix it. Had a most wonderful stay and nearby Capitol Reef Park was undescribable, so many colors, a very under-rated Park.

Perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of hiking in Capital Reef National Park. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
